During that time, I have been in numerous roles, including business coach/Consultant for an office of 140+ sales agents. Most recently, I was the CEO of the Midland-Odessa Keller Williams office. During my time in charge of this office, we doubled our production from 300 units closed to almost 700, making Keller Williams Realty the #1 office in the Permian Basin.
